Counselling and Psychotherapy in Nottingham

*I am now offering a blend of face to face and online/phone therapy*

Does life feel like its getting on top of you?
Could you benefit from a safe space to take some time-out?
... to explore your thoughts and feelings
... to get back on track again

My name is Kelly Foster and I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist. I am based in West Bridgford, Nottingham and am now offering a blend of face to face and online/over the phone therapy. I trained at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Institute in Nottingham and have a MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. I have been working with a variety of clients for the past seven years.

I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I'm passionate about working with people to form healthier and more satisfying relationships. Often we can get stuck in repeating the same patterns in relationships which can leave us feeling frustrated and as if our emotional needs are not being met. I offer a nurturing environment to work though some of the emotional issues/difficulty that may be preventing you from living a fuller and more enriching life.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to feel more satisfied in your life and in your relationships.

I am experienced in helping clients who are struggling with :

  • Stress
  • Relationships
  • Anxiety/ Panic Attacks
  • Depression
  • Addiction
  • Trauma / Abuse
  • Eating Disorder
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Bereavement/Loss
  • Identity Struggles

My main Psychotherapy practice is in West Bridgford, near lady bay in Nottingham.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
